Rooted in Tradition

Every bottle of BIATCH® is distilled at Tequila Gonzalez Lara in Arenal, Jalisco, Mexico by our female-led master distiller and her daughter.

Their family has farmed this land for generations, growing 100% Blue Weber agave from within 13 miles of the Volcán de Tequila, where mineral-rich volcanic soil helps create a naturally smoother, slightly sweeter profile.

While some brands harvest the agave in just two or three years to cut costs, we refuse to rush the process. We wait a full seven years for each plant to mature into its best flavor. No shortcuts. No settling. Tequila made to match the BIATCH® standard and surpass the industry's.

Reposado

This margarita blends blood orange, coconut, and BIATCH Reposado Tequila for a perfectly sweet, tart, and smooth sip.

Ingredients

2 oz BIATCH Reposado Tequila
1/2 oz orange liqueur
1 oz lime juice
1 oz blood orange juice
1/2 oz cream of coconut

Directions

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
Shake it like a BIATCH—vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice (optional: rim glass with salt or coconut sugar).
Garnish with a blood orange wheel or lime wedge for extra flair.
Add salt and lime zest to the rim

Ingredients

2 oz BIATCH Reposado Tequila
1 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz raspberry syrup
1 oz coconut cream
Dash of vanilla extract
Ice

Directions

Add 2 oz BIATCH Reposado Tequila, 1 oz fresh lemon juice, ¾ oz raspberry syrup, 1 oz coconut cream, and a dash of vanilla extract to a shaker.
Fill with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled and creamy.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a raspberry or lemon twist.

Ingredients

2 oz BIATCH Reposado Tequila
1 oz triple sec
1 oz lime juice
5 to 6 raspberries, smashed
½ oz cream of milk
1 oz simple syrup

Directions

In a shaker, muddle 5 to 6 fresh raspberries until juicy.
Add 2 oz BIATCH Reposado Tequila, 1 oz triple sec, 1 oz lime juice, ½ oz cream of milk, and 1 oz simple syrup.
Fill with ice and shake well until chilled and frothy.

Ingredients

1½ oz BIATCH Reposado Tequila
Jalapeños, muddled
½ oz passion fruit liqueur
1 oz lime juice
½ oz agave

Directions

Muddle a few slices of fresh jalapeño in a shaker to release the heat.
Add 1½ oz BIATCH Reposado Tequila, ½ oz passion fruit liqueur, 1 oz lime juice, and ½ oz agave syrup.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.

2 oz BIATCH Reposado Tequila

2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 bar spoons agave syrup
1 bar spoon cherry juice
Garnish — Amarena cherry

Directions

Place all ingredients into a glass.
Add ice and stir for 20 seconds.
Strain into a glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish with an Amarena cherry.

Reposado

This smoky, tropical cocktail blends the rich flavors of BIATCH Reposado Tequila with pineapple juice, Campari, lime, and orgeat, finished with a hickory smoke.

Ingredients

1½ oz BIATCH Reposado Tequila
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz Campari
¼ oz lime juice
½ oz orgeat
Hickory smoke
Garnish — pineapple leaf

Directions

Fill a smoke top or smoker with hickory wood chips and set to the side.
Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
Place the smoke top onto the cocktail and light the chips with a torch. Wait until the smoke cloud is fully formed in the glass, then remove the top.
Garnish with a pineapple leaf.

Reposado

This luxurious cocktail combines BIATCH Reposado Tequila, Lillet Blanc, and maraschino liqueur, garnished with edible gold flakes and a gilded Amarena cherry.

Ingredients

¾ oz BIATCH Reposado Tequila
¾ oz lemon juice
¾ oz Lillet Blanc
¾ oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur
Absinthe rinse
Garnish — edible gold flakes & Amarena cherry

Directions

Garnish the glass with edible gold flakes.
Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled and foaming.
Spritz the glass with absinthe.
Double strain into the glass.
Garnish with an Amarena cherry rolled in edible gold flakes.

This spicy cocktail blends BIATCH Reposado Tequila with cucumber, habanero, Ancho Reyes Verde, lime, and agave for a fiery yet refreshing taste.

Ingredients

1½ oz BIATCH Reposado Tequila
¼ habanero pepper (seeds removed)
3 cucumber slices
½ oz lime juice
¾ oz Ancho Reyes Verde
½ oz agave syrup
Splash of club soda
Garnish — cucumber, lime & pepper

Directions

Place a cucumber strip in the glass.
Add the pepper and cucumbers to a shaker.
Muddle with lime juice and agave.
Add the BIATCH Reposado Tequila and pepper liqueur.
Shake all ingredients together (except the club soda) until chilled.
Double strain into the glass over fresh ice.
