Slightly Sweet
The Rosa is such a lovely pour. Biatch says it is slightly sweet. I was worried it would be too much, but was nicely surprised it was the perfect touch to drink neat. I will buy again!

Perfect for Purse
The bottle itself is so unique and I love how portable it is. Also, it’s small enough to pass for a perfume ;). The taste is great and it goes down smooth. Don’t hesitate. Try it!

FANTASTIC taste by a female owned cause driven company

Ingredients
- "2 oz BIATCH rosa
- Top w/ Fever Tree Sparkling grapefruit
- Garnish- Tajin Rim & grapefruit "
Directions
- "Add agave onto rim of glass
- Place rim of glass into Tajin
- Build in glass over fresh ice
- Garnish with fresh grapefruit slice"
Boss BIATCH
Ingredients
- "2 oz BIATCH reposado
- 4 dashes orange bitters
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 bar spoons of agave syrup
- 1 bar spoon of cherry juice
- Garnish- Amarena cherry "
Directions
- "Place all ingredients into a glass
- Add ice and stir for 20 seconds
- Strain into glass over large ice cube
- Garnish with Amarena cherry"
Fierce BIATCH
Ingredients
- "1 1⁄2 oz BIATCH reposado
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz Campari
- 1⁄4 oz lime juice
- 1⁄2 oz orgeat
- Hickory smoke
- Garnish- Pineapple leaf "
Directions
- "Fill smoke top or smoker with hickory wood chips and set to the side
- Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
- Strain into a glass over fresh ice
- Place smoke top onto cocktail and light fire chips with torch
- Wait until smoke cloud is fully formed in glass and remove top
- Garnish with pineapple leaf"
Ginger BIATCH
Ingredients
- "1 1⁄2 oz BIATCH rosa
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1⁄2 oz ginger syrup
- 6 dashes of love potion bitters
- Top w/ club soda
- Garnish- Lemon & candied ginger "
Directions
- "Add all ingredients in a shaker (except club soda) with ice and shake until chilled.
- Strain into a glass over fresh ice
- Top with club soda
- Garnish with lemon wheel and candied ginger"
Rich BIATCH Tini
Ingredients
- "3⁄4 oz BIATCH reposado
- 3⁄4 oz lemon juice
- 3⁄4 oz Lillet blanc
- 3⁄4 oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur
- Absinthe rinse
- Garnish- Edible gold flakes & Amarena cherry"
Directions
- "Garnish glass with edible gold flakes
- Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled and foaming.
- Spritz glass with absinthe
- Double strain into glass
- Garnish with Amarena cherry rolled in edible gold flakes

Spicy BIATCH
Ingredients
- "1 1⁄2 oz BIATCH Reposado,
- 1⁄4 habanero pepper (seeds removed),
- 3 cucumber slices,
- 1⁄2 oz lime juice,
- 3⁄4 oz Ancho Reyes Verde,
- 1⁄2 oz agave syrup,
- Splash club soda,
- Garnish- Cucumber,
- Lime & pepper"
Directions
- "Place cucumber strip in glass,
- Add pepper and cucumbers to shaker,
- Muddle with lime juice and agave,
- Add tequila and pepper liqueur,
- Shake all ingredients together (except club soda) until chilled,
- Double strain into glass over fresh ice,
- Splash with club soda or Topo Chico,
- Garnish with a lime and pepper"
