Ingredients

  • 2oz BIATCH Reposado Tequila
  • 1/2 oz orange liqueur
  • 1oz lime juice
  • 1oz blood orange juice
  • 1/2 oz cream of coconut

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake it like a BIATCH—vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice (optional: rim glass with salt or coconut sugar).
  4. Garnish with a blood orange wheel or lime wedge for extra flair.
  5. Add salt and lime zest to the rim (and of course enjoy)

  1. Add 2 oz BIATCH Rosa Tequila, ½ oz triple sec, 1 oz lime juice, 1 oz prickly pear syrup, and ½ oz cream of coconut to a shaker filled with ice.

  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1oz lime juice
  • 5 to 6 raspberries smashed
  • 1/2 oz cream of milk

Directions

  1. In a shaker, muddle 5 to 6 fresh raspberries until juicy.
  2. Add 2 oz BIATCH Reposado Tequila, 1 oz triple sec, 1 oz lime juice, ½ oz cream of milk, and 1 oz simple syrup.
  3. Fill with ice and shake well until chilled and frothy.
  4. Double strain into a glass over fresh ice to remove seeds.

  • jalapeños, muddled
  • ½ oz passion fruit liqueur
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • ½ oz agave

Directions

  1. Muddle a few slices of fresh jalapeño in a shaker to release the heat.
  2. Add 1.5 oz BIATCH Reposado Tequila, ½ oz passion fruit liqueur, 1 oz lime juice, and ½ oz agave syrup.
