BIATCH® Return, Shipping & Order Policy

At BIATCH®, we want you to love your purchase. Because alcohol sales are regulated and fulfilled through licensed third-party partners, please review the policies below carefully.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
TEQUILA & ALCOHOL PRODUCTS (USA ORDERS)

All alcohol orders are fulfilled by licensed third-party retailers within the AccelPay network.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be edited once placed.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order ships.
  • Cancellation requests do not guarantee cancellation.
  • To request a cancellation, email: support@biatchtequila.com
Returns Refunds

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Email support@biatchtequila.com with photos of damaged or incorrect items.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • No refunds are issued for empty bottles.

DELIVERY STANDARDS (ALCOHOL ORDERS)

  • Orders are fulfilled by licensed third-party retailers in the AccelPay network.
  • Retailers may use carriers including GLS and UPS.
  • Orders are fulfilled within 3–5 business days.
  • Standard delivery may take an additional 3–8 business days depending on location.
  • Alcohol deliveries require an adult (21+) signature and valid government-issued ID.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
  • Orders ship only within the continental United States.
  • Orders containing alcohol and merchandise will ship separately.

Delivery Attempts

  • Carriers will attempt delivery up to three times.
  • After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be classified as “undeliverable” and returned to the retailer. Any reshipment will require payment of additional shipping fees.
  • If you would like your order reshipped, please contact us at support@biatchtequila.com for assistance.
Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned as undeliverable:

Refund Requested

  • $25 Undeliverable Package Fee deducted from refund
  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable
Reshipment Requested
  • $40 flat reshipment fee (includes undeliverable fee)
  • Additional fees may apply depending on order contents

MERCHANDISE RETURNS (NON-ALCOHOL ITEMS)
Returns

  • Merchandise may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, email: Returns@biatchtequila.com

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Opened or used merchandise
    • Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Complete the return process.
  2. Place a new order for your desired item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a BIATCH® error. Contact us at support@biatchtequila.com for assistance. We will make every effort to make it right for you.

WHO HANDLES MY ORDER?

If you order alcohol for delivery within the USA:

  • Your order is fulfilled by licensed third-party retailers in the AccelPay network.
  • Your transaction is facilitated through those retailers.
  • AccelPay’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, ecommerce and payment terms apply to your purchase.
  • Your agreement for alcohol purchases is between you and the third-party retailer.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • We ship only within the continental United States.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
  • Orders containing alcohol require adult signature and ID verification.
  • Alcohol and merchandise may ship separately.
  • Refunds and replacements for alcohol are handled through AccelPay’s support team for alcohol-related orders.
  • Refunds and replacements for merchandise are handled by BIATCH Tequila.
