            Every bottle of BIATCH® is distilled at Tequila Gonzalez Lara in Arenal, Jalisco, Mexico by our female-led master distiller and her daughter.

            Their family has farmed this land for generations, growing 100% Blue Weber agave from within 13 miles of the Volcán de Tequila, where mineral-rich volcanic soil helps create a naturally smoother, slightly sweeter profile.

            A vibrant holiday margarita blending cranberry, lime, and BIATCH Reposado Tequila, finished with fresh rosemary.

            Ingredients
            Directions
            1. Add the Reposado, cranberry juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and one rosemary sprig to a shaker.
            2. Fill with ice and shake hard for 12–15 seconds.
            3. Strain into the glass.
            4. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.
